Research quoted by scope
The Neighbourhood Shortlist starts at €390 for one city, one household and up to two commute destinations. We confirm a fixed quote before work begins. The fee may increase when the brief involves several school locations, accessibility checks, split-week commuting or comparison across more than one municipality.
The quote states the districts to be considered, the questions we will research, the delivery date and the number of revisions. No work begins until you accept it in writing.
Payment and scheduling
Consultations are invoiced after a time is agreed and are payable before the session. For commissioned research, the invoice may be split into a 50% deposit and 50% balance on delivery. We do not take payment through this website.
You can reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation and refund conditions are explained in our cancellations and refunds policy.
If the brief is not ours to answer
An initial enquiry is free. If you mainly need visa representation, tax planning, a property broker or a school-placement service, we will say so before proposing paid work. A short referral is not billed.
